Your Dream Destination Wedding, Effortlessly Planned

Celebrate your love in a breathtaking location while we handle every detail, ensuring your destination wedding is as stress-free as it is unforgettable.

Steps to Planning

Your Destination Wedding

1. Choose a date and destination.

Consider what you love about the destination, the overall budget and ease of travel for your guests, the cost of the wedding itself, the weather during your trip dates, etc.

2. Reserve the wedding venue.

Its best to reserve venues between 6 - 13 months in advance keeping in mind that Saturday evening weddings are in high demand. The venue will provide you with a budget tracker of different wedding options offered to give you an idea of how many guests fits within your budget, along with your wedding ceremony and/or reception details.

3. Inform your guests!

Set an RSVP deadline for your guests. In order to finalize your guest list and see who's serious about coming, you'll need to set an RSVP (deposit) deadline. Deposits are $50 for the hotel-only (We make this process easy for you by creating a customized private web-page for you to share with your friends + family.) The web-page will overly inform your guests of trip pricing, RSVP deadlines and instructions, and FAQ's about your wedding.

4. Let us worry about everything TRAVEL..

As a future bride and groom and now, trip hosts, we want you to spend your time planning your wedding details, and not answering questions from your guests. Please refer all guest questions/inquiries to us during this time.

5. Let the hotel worry about your wedding day details..

The resort will assign you to a Wedding Coordinator. This person is the wedding expert! They sometimes perform up to 3 weddings per day and they're one-stop-shops. They can handle your photography, videography, floral, decor, DJ/MC, entertainment, food, desserts, lighting, fireworks, wedding program, wedding favors, etc. (You can literally "show up" to a destination wedding and everything will be handled for you) Be patient with the resort as your wedding is probably not their top priority until the month before your wedding. (Remember they do multiple weddings per day)

6. Find your dress and be stress free.

Picking out a dress should be the only thing that brings stress to your life, since neither myself nor the resort can handle that for you ;)
